Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not! We can help you what ever your current fitness level, just give us a call or pop in and we can get you started.

What if I don't know what to do?

At every session the coach will hold you hand, they are always on hand to individually guide and encourage you.

Are there changing facilities at the club?

Yes, we provide showers, lockers, hair dryers, and toilets — and for the ultimate post-workout experience, we even have a sauna.

Is there parking outside the gym?

There is plenty of free parking right outside the club.

Can I come and have a look at the club before joining?

Yes! We are open 7 days a week. Pop in or call us on 02392 499522 to schedule your appointment.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just a good pair of trainers, a water bottle and towel and a big smile on your face.

How long are your session and at what times?

Each session lasts 45 minutes (the perfect amount of time to kickstart your fitness journey). 

Sessions run from 6:15 am to 7:15 pm on weekdays, and we also offer weekend sessions. You can book directly through our app.
